If the heart is the strongest muscle, then why does it break so easily?

Hey people! ;) There's something wrong with cross-country loh! After it, everybody fell sick! 
Including me! Mine is straight away after it canzxzxzx!!! Flu+Cough+Bodyache+FEVER! 
WthWtf! But i recovered already. Thanks those who wish me well.  School's tmr! Going to 
XiaHua Primary after school to teach p5/p6 maths! Hehe! After that netball (ithink)! ;)
